Ingredients required for dry fruit kheer: Leftover plain Boiled Rice 1 cup, Cream Biscuits 8-10 [Vanilla or Cardamom flavor only], Dry fruits 1/2 cup, Milk fresh 1 cup,Vanilla essence 2, Milk cream fresh 1/2 cup [optional], 3 drops. [If served chilled].

Dry fruit kheer is one of the popular Indian sweets which are easily prepared in many homes. It doesn’t take much of your time to make it. You can serve it with your Diwali dinner dishes to your friends and family members. It would defiantly please everyone round you.

Firstly, Mix well the leftover rice along with biscuits and milk.

Now, boil the batter for about approximately ten minutes. You can also brew it thickens a little.

Go on to mash the rice and biscuits with the help of a masher.

Make sure the biscuits are mixed well in your mixture.

It is time now to add the cream and dry fruits to the dish.





Start mixing the batter even more and let it boil for 2 minutes.

Just serve the dish in a nice bowl and add vanilla essence if you like to it

If you like it cold alternatively you can refrigerate and let it freeze for a while.
